Paul said to the Corinthians, “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” (1 Cor 10:31) How we act as employers falls into the broad “whatever you do” category, and my prayer is that HR for the Church will help you manage your church staff and employment issues to the glory of God.
